General questions about product purchase, payment options and serial number delivery.

1. How does the purchase process look like?

FREE TRIAL

Please, download, install and test a free trial version of specified Mirillis product before purchase.

PURCHASE

Select a product from Mirillis Online Store and read carefully Terms and Conditions of Sale on product purchase page. Click Avangate, PayPal or BlueSnap Buy Now button to continue purchase process. You will be directed to Avangate, PayPal or BlueSnap payment page.

PAYMENT

Proceed with online payment at the Avangate, Paypal or BlueSnap.

SERIAL NUMBER DELIVERY

When payment transaction is accepted, Mirillis will immediately send you a purchase confirmation e-mail with product serial number. The purchase confirmation e-mail will be sent on your e-mail address provided during the payment process.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We support Avangate, PayPal and BlueSnap offering a wide variety of payment methods, including Credit Cards, PayPal account balance, Skrill, Bank transfer, Wire transfer, PaySafeCard, WebMoney and more. Please note that you don’t need a Paypal account to pay. BlueSnap is not avalible for Splash.

3. What is the difference between Home and Commercial license?

- A Commercial license is the licensing option for organizations, business entities, YouTubers and other profesionals. These licenses are usually purchased by the companies or for private commercial projects and it allows to get a money from projects created with Action! or Splash.

- A Home license is the standard licensing option for private individuals who purchase a license with their own funds, and solely for their own, not commercial use.

4. How will I receive product serial number?

Product license is delivered automatically via E-mail after the payment is completed. You will also receive download link and installation instructions. Please note that license is delivered to the e-mail address provided during the payment process.

5. Are licenses a one-time or recurring payment?

For Action! licenses you will be charged only once and it is a life-time license. There is no additional or recurring payments in this software and you will not be charged in the future again.

6. I have purchased the product but did not receive purchase confirmation e-mail with serial number.

Please check your e-mail SPAM inbox/filters. If you do not receive purchase confirmation e-mail with product serial number within few hours from payment transaction, please contact us.

Product Activation

A walk through product activation process.

1. How can I activate a product?

You need a product serial number for product activation (see: What do I need to activate a product?).

Open product About or Activation window. Click Activate button to show activation window, enter your name or nickname, product serial number and click Activate button.

2. What do I need to activate a product?

The product is being activated by filling the purchased serial number in the trial or free version of the product. You need to purchase a product from Mirillis Online Store to get a serial number. Valid e-mail addres will be required for product purchase. Payment for the products is done via Avangate, PayPal or BlueSnap.

3. Do I need internet connection to activate a product?

No, product (Action!) can be installed, run and activated without internet connection.

4. Activate button is deemed, why?

Activate button is available when all required data (both name and serial number) is filled in.

5. What should I enter in the box: License for?

Your name, initials, nickname, computer name etc…

6. Message: The serial number you have entered is not valid - what does it mean?

Please make sure that you entered the product serial number correctly.

It is strongly recommended to copy/paste serial number.

7. Message: The serial number you have entered is blacklisted/deactivated - what does it mean?

The serial number is entered correctly, but it has been added to a blacklist and can not be used any more. The product serial number may be added to the blacklist when it becomes publicly available or when user breaches terms or conditions of the End User License Agreement.

The product serial number may be added to a blacklist when it becomes publicly available or when user breaches terms or conditions of the End User License Agreement.

Product Updates and Upgrades

General questions about updating products and upgrading to newer versions.

1. How can I update my product?

AUTOMATIC UPDATES. Product update availability is checked on application start and application will ask you to install the update when it is available. Make sure that Check for updates option is enabled in application settings.

MANUAL UPDATES. You may download the latest product version from Mirillis downloads page and then install it on your PC.
